Clint Langton and Associates Limited Trinidad was formed in 2006 as a limited liability company to provide sub-contract quantity surveying consultancy services to one of the most reputable quantity surveying practices in Trinidad and Tobago, I.T. Mc. Leod Partnership Ltd.

 

Clint Langton and Associates Limited registered address is # 6 Rust Street, St. Clair, Trinidad. Clint Langton and Associates Limited has expanded its reach and aim to provide the utmost quality consultancy quantity surveying service to our customers and clients by being effective and efficient and providing on time delivery of our service.

 

Clint Langton is an active member of the Institute of Surveyors of Trinidad and Tobago (ISTT) and currently sits on the Management Committee as an ordinary member. He is also a member of the Quantity Surveying Institute (based in UK).

 

Quantity Surveying Services

 

When engaged by the Employer under the Contract our duties normally include:

 

• Attending Client and Design Team meetings,

• Preparing preliminary budgets and Project estimates,

• Preparing tender documents (bills of quantities, form of tenders etc)

• Administer Tenders,

• Evaluation and recommendations of Tenders,

• Preparing interim valuations for payment,

• Pricing variations,

• Preparation of Project Final Account,

• Value engineering,

• Whole life costing,

• General contract administration and advice.

 

When engaged by Contractors our duties can include:

 

• Pricing of competitive Tenders,

• Preparation of Sub contract documents,

• Certifying work for Sub contractor payments,

• Preparing interim valuations for submission for payment,

• Pricing variations,

• Preparation of all claims (cost, time etc),

• Project scheduling and monitoring,

• Negotiating of Project Final Accounts,

• General contract administration and advice.
